Perfect for large families and groups, this cheerful home is set up with enough space and equipment to welcome everyone! Just set your shoes on the indoor rack and relax. Enjoy spending time together in the private pool and pool spa, set under a lanai covering for optimal comfort. Inside, you'll be able to kick back in central air conditioning throughout the entire home. The open kitchen features the full-size appliances and tools (and counter space!) you need to put together delicious meals. Upstairs, an impressive game room space features a foosball table, card table, pool table, and table-based shuffleboard for guests to enjoy. There's even a bonus living room on this floor, so everyone has space to enjoy themselves. Guests will also be able to enjoy additional bonus amenities at the nearby Resort Clubhouse - though you may not even want to leave home!

Bedrooms are all spread out through this home, so you'll have plenty of options and themes to choose from. The first bathroom is just to the left upon walking through the front door and features a TV and a fun ocean theme. Guests will have a full bathroom (featuring a standalone shower) just next door, so you won't have to go too far at night. The second bedroom is past the stairs, before guests reach the dining room. This contemporary suite features extra seating, a private entrance to the back deck, and a lovely en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

Head upstairs to take in the rest of the bedrooms - start by turning right at the top of the stairs and turn right after making your way through the upstairs living room. To the right, you'll find the fun Finding Nemo-themed third bedroom. This room shares an en suite bathroom (featuring double sinks and a standalone shower) with the ocean-themed fourth bedroom. Just past this room, the deluxe fifth bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The next set of bedroom is past the lounge, directly across from the stairs. To the right, the sixth bedroom features a TV and a fun flamingo theme. The seventh bedroom on the opposite side features a fun Avengers theme. Between them, a full bathroom features double sinks and a standalone shower. Head further down the hall of the game room to reach the lovely palm frond-themed eighth bedroom. It shares an en suite bathroom (featuring a shower/tub combination and two sink vanities) with the fun jungle-themed ninth bedroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
