The Space
Enjoy this cozy creek-front cabin nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Dahlonega, Georgia, for an inviting stay and nature-filled retreat, ideal for a romantic trip or a small, outdoorsy family of 4.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a naturally luminous, open living room with high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere complete with plush seating and a Smart TV for downtime moments at home. The rustic charm and wood accents create a warm ambiance that will make you feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home; granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cute little dining table set up for a romantic meal or meals at home together in peace.

Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, a peaked ceiling and a peaceful ambiance for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom is on the first floor and features a good-sized tub/shower combo.

Outside, you can relax and unwind on the deck, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or gather around the fire pit down in the yard next to the creek in the evening for a cozy and memorable experience.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the cabin. Just note this is a Quad cabin, so there are 3 other units connected to this end unit with shared access to the grounds and yard amenities.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
You’ll be in a quiet, nature-filled area of Dahlonega, about 15 minutes from wineries and about 65 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The property offers a residential atmosphere and is perfect for a peaceful getaway. About a 10-minute drive gets you to the heart of Dahlonega, where you'll find a variety of local attractions, including the picturesque Dahlonega Square, where you can explore unique shops and dine at delicious restaurants. Nature enthusiasts will love the nearby parks and trails, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Whether you're looking to relax and disconnect or embark on outdoor adventures, Daholnega has something for everyone.

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 75 miles from the property.

When you enter the property, there is a gravel driveway that leads down to the cabin. You may park in the parking area. Please be aware that other guests' cars (of the other units) will be parked there too.

There may not be access to Uber or Lyft, so please keep this in mind. A car is the best way to access the property and surrounding areas.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

This is the end unit of 4 connected cabins, so you’ll hear other guests when the units are occupied. The grounds and amenities in the backyard are shared by all.

There are stairs to climb to get to the property and also inside of the home. So please be mindful of that.

Wi-Fi and cell service will drop in and out at times, and some people find it hard to get service at all, so please be aware of that. (could be a great opportunity, however, to disconnect and enjoy bonding with loved ones!)

The property is in a heavily wooded area. Please be aware that bugs can get in from time to time. And while we do have pest control scheduled regularly, bugs can still get in. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.

Inside the cabin was, I’ll give it an eight outside. The cabin was full of spiders. The location too far from the city. You definitely need a car.

Our first impression was how dirty and unkept the cabin was with no decent parking. I called the VRBO office and was told in order to clean the unit they would need to hire a person ( no brainer in my book ). I was under the impression that the unit would be cleaned prior to our arrival. The VRBO office was uncooperative in texting me the info rather than e-mail which I explained that I did not do e-mail on my phone. This cabin could really be enjoyable if it was clean. Had things growing on the back deck and an awful smell, which in my husband doing some checking discovered a gas leak from a gas tank under neath the deck. Very poor management.

The property is exactly as described. The hosts were wonderful - quick to communicate and checked in with us during the stay. The location is great too. The only issue we had was my GPS kept telling me the property was on the right, however, it is on the left! That is no fault of the hosts. It was dark, we'd driven all day, and I put too much faith in the GPS. (Waze couldn't find the property at all, but Google & Apple maps did.) My two teenage daughters took the bed upstairs and I slept on the couch without even pulling it out to the sleeper. Very comfortable!

Nice location, but needs some improvements
Internet was very sketchy therefore the TV was rendered useless. No exterior lighting by the front door or the steps required to walk up and down to access the unit. So bring a flashlight. Interior could use a lamp or 2. Lightbulb missing over stove. The toilet wouldn't stop running unless you jiggled the handle and that only worked half the time on the first try. The grill was listed as an 'amenity' but was useless because there were no grill utensils. The kitchen utensils seemed to be from a child's play set based on their size. Rental included a washer/dryer but no soap, so what's the point. I've only done VRBO a few times and I expect to have similar amenities to a hotel upon check-in. Nothing special, just basics: toilet paper, paper towels, mini soap, shampoo, but 1 roll of paper towels was it. No toilet paper, no soap or shampoo in the shower. Never rented a VRBO that didn't include these basic items and utensils required to use the listed amenities. Cabin was nice overall, neighborhood was great, and location was awesome.
