Other Things to Note:
• We have a no-tolerance policy for parties and loud noise. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, or our noise monitoring software will result in fines up to $1,000, possible eviction, and/or legal action if authorities are involved.
• Check-in and check-out times can only be confirmed 48 hours in advance to ensure a seamless transition between guests. Our cleaning team typically needs about 5 hours between stays.
• The fireplace is decorative and not for use.
• There is potential for noise since our property is located on a main road.
