Upon entering the room there were about 10 stink bugs crawling all over the walls. A few stink bugs were on the physical bed. The bathroom area had dead centipedes on the floor and also there were alive sprickets which look like a half spider and half cricket. I left the room after 5 mins, returned to the office and kindly asked for a refund. I was turned away and told to speak to a manager the next morning. The next day I talked to the manager and she told me that the motel was on the wood line and she couldn’t help the bugs and that our houses probably have them. Well I’m not a dirty person and my house is also in the woods and my house has no bugs. I was also told by the manager that only the owner could give a refund and it was Sunday, so she refused to call him. I am an assistant manager at my job and anytime a customer has an issue and I know for a fact they rightfully deserve a refund, I give the refund no questions asked. I also said if I get my refund I would not leave a review, and no refund I got. The manager also told me she watched the camera and watched me leave. I also had to rent another hotel room at another hotel and have documentation to prove that. What an embarrassment for a motel/establishment. I been in drug motel’s better than this one. Just gross, gross, gross. Trust all the reviews, they are all factual.
