- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This HOA/Condo strictly prohibits pets of any kind, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
- Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use.

- Parking passes are now limited to 2 parking passes per condo. Please plan accordingly.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Gulf views
We were delighted to have such close proximity to the Gulf; the views and the sounds were wonderful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on our balcony. The condo was a good base for our explorations in the area, including some great bird-watching. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. We would definitely recommend it to others.

A few nights
First of all we love this whole complex because of the views. The Bubbly Brew, was great in most ways, we found the lighting to be incredibly harsh and we used some of my shirts to create softer lighting, there was also an issue with the drawers in the kitchen , it seems the door jam is a little off and those drawers don’t actually open without some ingenuity.However we loved the balcony furniture and the view was fabulous. We will return again.

The ocean view was fantastic!
Small break with my family. This was my family first time together staying in the coast. We had a small budget, and this lovely place made possible. The room isn't the newest , but was cleaned, well decorate( very cute!), the kitchenette was perfect, well stock( with coffee, sugar varieties, pans, cups, ice tray....) But the best part was the view, amazing! Also super easy access to the beach(in a beautiful path). Also pool was super nice( not heated), my husband and daughter enjoyed their time on the pool.

The stay here was incredible. The room had plenty of space for myself and everything I needed to be able to enjoy my stay comfortably. I did slice my finger on a glass while cleaning it but the team was responsive and made sure I was okay. The view was also incredible and I will be staying back here again!

Even better than we expected!
This little condo was such a great find! The location is truly beachfront and closer to the beach than it looks. The boardwalk to the beach is right next to the condo. The condo itself was updated, super clean and so cute and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well supplied. On top of that, the communication from the SWAY management team was awesome and the check-in and out couldn’t have been any easier. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Relaxing Blew Time
Stop reading all the reviews and book this property. Bubbly is super clean. The bath, kitchen and floors are spotless. The bedding and fluffy towels smell fresh. Bubbly is spacious for a studio. The kitchen is well supplied to cook breakfast/lunch. Why cook dinner on vacation? The patio is perfect for morning coffee, then happy hour with a spectacular view. The beach path is next to Bubbly's building and there is a sand rinse off hose/shower too. The condo complex has lots of grass and space to walk and enjoy. Plus, Bubbly is located on the second floor so you get a great quad workout as a bonus. Did I mention the view? It is a WOW moment.
