Welcome to our centrally located Coronado property! This newly renovated two-bedroom bungalow blends comfort and charm with modern amenities.
The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen bed, both with stylish decor. Enjoy a spacious living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Dine in the private courtyard space and soak up the Coronado sun.
Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, portable heaters, in-window AC unit, and a washer/dryer. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack n Play, high chair, and more. Ideal for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

Getting Around:
There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

Pet Policy:
- All pets must be approved in advance. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed.
- Only 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog (30 lbs or less) allowed per stay.
- A $250 pet fee applies.
- Unapproved pets incur a $500+ fee for damages and extra cleaning.
- Pets must have their own bed, stay off furniture, and be walked off-property for waste relief.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Additional Policies:
- Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors without prior approval.
- No parties; respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- No smoking on the property.
- Outdoor music or portable speakers are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any fines from the City of Coronado for noise violations.
This is a ground-level unit with an upstairs space that may be occupied, so you might hear some noise from above. We've asked upstairs guests to be mindful. Located on Third Street and Orange Ave, it’s a busy but manageable area. Earplugs are provided for your comfort.

We’re a small family business with two young children. We offer 5-star service and are available from 9 AM to 7 PM for questions. Please contact us only for urgent matters after 7 PM. The best way to reach us is through the app. Thank you!
