4 things I want to mention about this very nice hotel.
1. Check in is alway slow. Issued key to room that key fob doesn't work. Had to return to front desk and ultimately switch rooms.
2. Wanted a light dinner so went to order from in house Dickies restaurant. Combo meal advertised for $13 rang up at $18. When asked, Ms stated they've not updated the menu boards. (6 chicken wings, small fries, soda).
3. When leaving, wanted Ice for thermos as I work from auto doing home inspections.... Ice machine on floor 2 doesn't work, and there is no public ice machine available on floor 1.
4. Last complaint - no complimentary breakfast here.
I promise I'm not a big complainer. I travel for work through this area frequently and have stayed here many times. The rooms are great and clean and reasonably priced, but the other inconveniences mentioned above take away from the stay.
Guess I'm just tired and grumpy...
