Welcome to Herons Nest Boutique Cottages next to beautiful Paw Paw Lake. This charming property is all 6 of our super cute cottages, all new and tastefully furnished. Hickory hardwood floors, tiled baths and private deck w/grill. The property is complete with a firepit, 2 pergolas/swing, sand play court, parking and MOST OF ALL ACCESS TO PAW PAW LAKE. You can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board.
The Space
The cottages have A/C, queen size master bed, sleeper sofa, bunk bed in secondary bedroom (Superior), XL twin in the loft for (Huron, Ontario, and Erie) fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning), bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, pot/pans , R/O water, microwave, dishwasher, range, WiFi and TV. The heat source is a Mini-Split (a/c & heat). The Michigan Cottage is a studio converted from an office with basic amenities and no full kitchen.

Guest Access/Interaction
Their entire cottage, access to the lake, volleyball court, bonfire, and the grounds! We have a great team that can be reached 24/7!
Lake Views, Walking Paths, Fire Pits, & Pergolas, Heron’s Nest welcomes our guests to an evening campfire or a swing under the pergola sharing stories with family & friends.
R/O water filtered to perfection, Wireless Internet, Smart TV’s, AC/HVAC, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Hardwood Floors, Tiled Baths, Vaulted Ceilings, Fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning).

Other Things to Note
We are granted an exemption (for health reasons) for hosting service animals or emotional support animals. Any animal on the property will lead to an automatic eviction and $1000 fine per animal minimum.
All the cottages on site will be yours! Perfect for large groups who would like to rent the entire property.

We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, it will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
There may be construction in front of our cottage across the street. Not in our property.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

NO PETS ALLOWED! ZERO EXCEPTIONS! We will charge $1000 per night, per pet. We do have RING Camera's outdoors. NO pets, please do not ask.
No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $50 per 15 min past check out time.
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
