Family home in the heart of Suisse Normande

The house is an old farmhouse dating from 1703. You will have access to the entire exterior of the property (8000m² of woods, fields, flower garden, etc). If you're lucky, you might come across sheep, rabbits, squirrels, foxes... If you like the charm of old stone in a green, peaceful setting, you'll love this ideal place to recharge your batteries. The house is located just a stone's throw from France's favourite GR trail 2023 as well as endless mountain biking possibilities.

This authentic house 2km far from Clécy center is ideal for group holidays with friends or family. It has large, convivial spaces, but also allows everyone to find peace and quiet in one of the many rooms.

Here's a description (ideal for 12, up to 16 people using the extra-beds):

o Ground floor:
- 1 garage for storing mountain bikes, bicycles or motorbikes (water point for cleaning if necessary)
- 1 cottage with shower, WC, kitchenette, bed (140cm bed) and extra sofa bed (140cm)

o 1st floor/garden level (accessible either from the garage via a staircase or from the garden) :
- 1 entrance
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- 1 fitted kitchen with dining area
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 dining room
- 1 large lounge
- 1 games room
- 1 bedroom (bed 140cm)
- 1 bedroom (160cm bed)

o 2nd floor :
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2x90cm beds) - Please note that access via the stairs is not suitable for small children (see photo).
- 1 large bathroom with bath and WC
- 1 large bedroom (160cm bed) and 2 single extra beds (80cm)
- 1 separate bedroom with balcony access (140cm sofa bed)

o Outside :
- 1 terrace with barbecue and picnic tables

- 1 cot with mattress (including fitted sheet)

Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we expect a minimum of tidiness, i.e. the bins must be taken out and a minimum of cleanliness done (tables, work surfaces wiped, fridge emptied, etc.).

Linen is not provided: no towels, no sheets, no tea towels...
