The Space:
This brand new redevelopment of a combination of two units right next two each other boasts high-end amenities throughout the space. Located in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood, your steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.
In each unit, everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering charming exposed brick walls that bring warmth and character to the space...it's perfect for entertaining.
Your spacious living rooms is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 10+ people, smart 65 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.
Attached to the dining room, the chef's kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.
In addition, enjoy two of your own large private deck with seating and dining options (provided during the nice weather), truly a unique offering that is unique to Chicago.
This one of a kind combo of two luxury apartments comfortably sleeps 20+ people and has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The main bedrooms in each unit have a king bed, full bath, outfitted with a relaxing soaking tub. The second bedrooms in each unit features two full beds with an attached full bathroom and tub. Lastly, the third bedrooms in each unit includes a full over full bunk bed comfortable for both children and adults, with an attached bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has its own full private bathroom. All rooms have room darkening shades, however they are not blackout blinds.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
