The Space:
Located on one of the desirable & famous streets in Chicago, this property is a 5 min walk from the Gold Coast beach where you will see Lake Michigan in all of its glory. Not to mention the proximity of this property to the subway and within walking distance of Magnificent Mile. It is the perfect place to stay for the adventurous and also those who fancy a beach in the city!

Walk straight into the open plan bedroom/living area which has a space-saving double wall bed, double velvet chesterfield sofa bed, TV, nightstands and intriguing decor throughout. There is also a comfortable fold out single bed available.

The bathroom comes with a double sink, jacuzzi bath and built in shower.

Able to host up to 4 persons max

We provide a lockbox for flexible check in.

The basement apartment is yours to use. Please do not attempt to enter the townhouse above - As this is a separate home.

Noise must be limited after 10pm to avoid disturbing residents and neighbours. Note that there may be some noise from the heating system from the house at certain times of the year.

The Neighborhood:
This area of Chicago boasts some of the best restaurants, bars and cigar lounges in Chicago. A truly special place to stay.

Getting Around:
The Subway is within a 5 minute walk. Bus stops at the end of the road. This is a VERY well located property.

There are multiple multi-storey car parks all within a 10min walk of the property. The prices vary from $30-60 per day depending on proximity to the property.

Other Things to Note:
NOISE
Please do note there is likelihood of noise due to the city center location and being below a Townhouse. Neighbours are nearby, and noise in the flat must be limited after 10pm.
