In my commending the “quality furniture”, everything was heavy and strong, built to endure. Especially appreciated were the metal front doors. Now for the four stars, hospitality should be number one with hotels and motels. Air BnBs tend to show this by gracious additions of amenities and other little perks. Hotels will often allow for early checkin, even it it means changing the room of stay. We needed that early checkin. After an all night flight which included a switch of airplanes, we were tired. We were an hour early. We willingly paid the extra fee. But the “tight ship” attitude marred an otherwise pleasant multiple days stay. It was a “business” over “welcoming” methodology that, to us, was unnecessary.
