This beautiful, newly built home is 30 mins up in the hills from downtown Chelan. If you're looking for seclusion, peace & quiet and incredible views, The Ridge House is a perfect fit! Spend several days here away from it all, then plan for a day in town wine tasting, trying out some great restaurants, boating, hiking, etc.
The home is nicely equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay with a large open kitchen, stunning dining table, comfortable beds and views from every room. Even the over-sized shower in the primary bedroom ensuite has incredible views! You'll even be able to watch wildlife while sitting on the large deck looking at the lake and mountain views.
Please take note that this home is overlooking Lake Chelan in an area called Union Valley. There are two ways to drive up into Union Valley, one short and steep, the other longer but smoother. Both roads are dirt roads and the short and steep road is primitive and not well maintained. More detailed instructions will be provided to guests to help best navigate to the home.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RIDGE HOUSE:
1. Max Occupancy: 8 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles and one boat/jet ski trailer
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PETS ALLOWED:
We allow a max of 2 dogs only for a $200 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.
BOATS & TRAILERS:
Bringing a boat or trailer? Please be sure to let your hosts know. Due to the road conditions getting to and from the home, we would like to review and discuss options in order to set expectations. We can provide recommendations if bringing the boat or trailer up to the home won't work out.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras: one at the front, one looking to the south side and one looking west over the back yard. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer for every group. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Chelan and Manson have to offer. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events that Manson and Chelan host (Small Town Holidays, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, winery hosted dinners and so much more!). Most coming to Lake Chelan and renting this home will want to plan out their itinerary for when they are visiting in town and exploring, and when they plan to stay up at the house. This home is ~30 from Chelan's downtown shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and grocery stores.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
