The Space: This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit in a home is professionally designed under one roof. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cabinets and all the dishes and glasses guests need along with cooking items. The living room has a dining table that can seat 4-6 guests, a Queen size pull-out sofa and flat-screen 4KTV. The unit has four bedrooms, one King bed and three Queen beds, all with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs. The four full bathrooms feature custom tile, stall showers, luxury towels and hotel style toiletries. There is a wonderful porch with seating and a private, walled backyard with beautiful landscaping. Our driveway can accommodate a mid-size vehicle for parking. We are two blocks to King Street! Guests can enjoy complimentary Cable & WIFI along with complimentary concierge services.
Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive access to the1st floor unit of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.

You can pull your car off the street and into the back of the house, you have access to one off street parking space, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. We had problems with the air conditioning in back 2 bedrooms. Leaking all over the place .
Everything was nice except the air conditioning leaking. We heard that it is an on going problem that really needs to be addressed. Kitchen faucet is loose too.

Charleston Stay - Noisy Environment
The house was laid out nicely with plenty of room for everyone (6). Each bedroom except one had its own private bath. The home is two blocks from King St. which is convenient if you like the night life. We did have a few run ins with homeless. We rented the downstairs suite, which I do not recommend. The floors have no sound insulation so you hear everything from the above suite, from footsteps to conversations. The floors are wood which seemed to amplify all sound. We had four different guests stay above us during the week. The second guests had children and a dog which were constantly running around. I politely approached them and asked them to be considerate which only lasted the rest of the evening. The next night it was much the same with the addition of music till after 3 am in the morning, when the property management company intervened. We also had issues with the air conditioning units in the back two bedrooms. All bedrooms had individual A/C units built into the walls. The two units in the back bedrooms leaked water, which cause water to drip not only down the walls but in the one bedroom onto the bed. The units had been doing this for some time as the paint was bubbling and peeling down the areas affected. The baseboards were also wet, beginning to deteriorate and had mold beginning to appear. An HVAC company showed up on three different occasions and did their best to combat the issue temporarily until reinstalled properly, which would be after our stay. We ended up turning off the units to keep the units from further damaging the walls. This house would be better suited if a large family rented the entire place, suite A below & B above. The noise factor could then be controlled. The only other resolution is to put sound dampening insulation in the floors as well as carpet the rooms above. The management company was responsive, but they were only able to "Band-Aid" the issues . As I mentioned in the beginning the house was layed out very nicely but both the noise and A/C issues need to be addressed before the units should be considered rentable. We did request with the management company if it was possible to move us to another location if available after the 2nd night, but were told we would have to pay the entire cost for the new booking with no refund on the current one. When you pay close to 6 grand for accommodations during a weeks vacation you should expect them to be near flawless.

Absolutely Wonderful
We were seven adults, 3 married couples and a single woman. Each had their own BR/BA. We did think that all bedrooms had their own ensuite bath but one of the baths was across the hall from the BR. The place was clean and well appointed. One drawback was there was no book on the property describing different operations and functions of the various equipment. We did have to call Stay Duvet to get the LR TV remote reprogrammed. They came out same day and all was good. Parking can be a problem as there are only two dedicated spots and very limited on street parking. We were able to work things out with our upstairs neighbors and were able to park five vehicles in the back and driveway. The property is on a busy street and we limited our driving by using Uber and the free bus to downtown that was a two block walk to King Street. I would definitely recommend staying at this property as it is conveniently located for travel to the nearby islands. The check-in process was flawless and Stay Duvet was only a text or phone call away.

205 Coming Street - Review.
Overall out stay was good. However, we encountered a lot of noise from the other unit, no sound proofing between units. We also encountered some pretty large cockroaches in the A unit where we stayed and lastly some of the linens and towels had holes in them.
