Perfect location! Was within walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Space was welcoming with lots of charm and modern decor. It was very clean and had everything you would need. The property management was very responsive too.

Perfect Property for Party of 5!
We decided to book this house for 5 adults for a girls trip. I was a little worried about the location because I thought it could be far from the shops/restaurants. Everything was in walking distance to many adorable coffee shops/ restaurants and boutiques a couple min walking distance from our house. King street is literally a 3 min walk and roughly a 25 min walk to Rainbow Row. House was a little smaller than expected, but was completely accomodating for our group. Floors are slanted especially in the single bedroom and we joked that it felt like a fun house! The property manager was amazing to work with and very responsive! House was super cute and clean! Steps to house were a little challenging bringing luggage up and down, but we managed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, turn-key comfortable getaway
We stayed in the upstairs unit of this two-unit house. The three bedrooms were of appropriate size for a four person family (two adults, one 15 year old and one seven year old). It was a nice place to return to each evening, the kitchen was well equipped and the seating area was spacious for a small den. I would like to have seen some hooks in the bathrooms in order to hang up towels for re-use, and due to size of the condo, there is nowhere to eat save the coffee table in the den.

Great location near the action. The steps are a bit of a challenge!! The property has charm and practicality. No EIK, but works well for snacking. There was no off street parking available to us, but a garage was not far away….yet pricey. Could have been cleaner, but easily remedied. Quick response from concierge.

Home with Charleston charm
This home had a lot of charm that you would expect with an older build, but with modern comforts and style. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay including having my morning tea on the balcony and our one night of staying in for dinner. Communications with the management team was prompt/helpful, the unit was very clean and beds were super comfy. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the City Market and surrounding touristy sections, but the area you walk through is safe/interesting. Charleston is a treasure and one of my favorite places to visit. Would stay at this house again!

We had an excellent stay @ this old gorgeous newly renovated home I Absolutely love the exposed beams throughout the home!! & it was exceptionally clean.... the neighborhood was wonderful for a night walk plus the corner store is super close!! The only bad thing I could say is it don't get really cold in the back bedroom & bathroom I used a fan a night when I slept no biggie to me but my husband was hot! I would definitely stay again!
