## Space
The house, whose unusual architecture is attractive at first glance, is spread over 3 levels:
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A large entrance hall leading via the stairs to the 1st floor
- A relaxation room containing a sauna
- A laundry room with washing machine and drying rack
On the 1st floor, you will have access to:
- On the one hand: a huge living room illuminated by large windows overlooking the magnificent landscape where you will enjoy:
=> a kitchen area with all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, American fridge-freezer, induction and gas hobs, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils …)
=> a dining area with a large table for 10
=> a lounge area with the traditional set: sofas, armchair, coffee tables and TV. (In summer, the chimney will be boarded up)
=> a leisure area with French billiards (Please note, different from American billiards), library and sound system
=> access to the outdoor space with everything you need to spend your days outside:
* A beautiful terrace with many deckchairs
* A large heated L-shaped swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m (7.50 m wide at the bottom of the L)
* A huge poolhouse with equipped summer kitchen (top fridge, dishwasher, sink, gas hob, crockery and cookware, etc.), shaded dining area, large stone barbecue (charcoal) and room bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

On the 2nd floor, accessible by the large central triple-flight wooden staircase, you will have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room is air-conditioned and has at least one balcony with superb panoramic views.

- A bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and cupboard/wardrobe (not yet shown in the photos)
These two bedrooms have access to a bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and WC
- At each end of this floor, there is a master suite with dressing room and private bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a sink and a WC:
One with a king size bed (180x200cm), the other with a queen-size Japanese futon bed (160x200cm).
Outside, in addition to the terrace, swimming pool and poolhouse areas, you can enjoy a strip of flat garden leading to the small swing at the back of the house and a wooded park of more than 2500m².
