## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- two mountain corners with a single bed and a cot for children.
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a modern shower room;
- a nice balcony with table and chairs;
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything at your disposal to have a great stay, namely: toaster, kettle, melting machine, oven, fridge, hair dryer, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located in the centre of Chamonix, overlooking the shopping and pedestrian street. Guests can enjoy the views of Brévent, Plan Praz and Flégère from the bedroom.
It is close to all amenities and public transport, with a bus stop at the foot of the building.
Montenvers Train Station is 15 minutes away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is 5 minutes away and the Brevent/ Plan Praz cable car is 10-15 minutes away on foot.
A washing machine with a washing machines and dryers, as well as integrated organic laundry, is located in the shopping arcade (no free of course).
Parking upon availabilities on Recteur Payot Avenue, and a paid car park, Outa, is a 2-minute walk away.
The famous Shouka Café is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Rue des Moulins is a must for dining, offering a variety of choices, such as Joia by Pizzeria rue des Moulin (on reservation), Café des Aiguilles with excellent coffee and homemade pastries, the organic grocery with organic and vegetarian dishes, homemade cakes, fresh juices and good coffees, as well as Cool Cats, renowned for its best hot dogs in Chamonix.
For cheese, the Val d'Arly fruit cooperative is the perfect place. The House of Chamonix Guides and the Tourist Office are located on the Place de l'Eglise.
In summer as in winter, there are many activities to enjoy nature, such as hiking, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing, rafting and hydrospeed on the Arve.
There is also a magnificent acrobranche park in Les Gaillants, offering routes suitable for the youngest as well as for adventurers.
Finally, for a moment of calm, you can enjoy the cinema, the swimming pool and the media library.
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively, authentic city center and a multitude of activities on offer in winter and summer alike. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
