The property is excellent, its location is very accessible from transport to shopping. The hotel is pleasant and attractive but the Temperature especially in the Restaurant is quite chilly. The Staff are polite, welcoming and helpful. Especially the one in the restaurant who make the Ingwer- calamansi brew for my voice (thank you, Wilmar). Overall our stay is pleasant and comfortable. Hopefully we will be back in God‘s time.

Generell hat mir das Hotel gut gefallen. Jedoch hatte ich von einem fünf Sterner Hotel bischen mehr erwartet. Zum bespiel das Frühstücksbüffet war OK aber es könnte besser sein. Es fehlten Marmeladen und Käsesorten. Asiatische Gerichte waren jedoch sehr gut vertretten. Unser Tisch wurde zu früh abgeräumt obwohl wir noch nicht fertig waren. Naja, das war wohl ein Missverständniss. Sie haben sich auch sofort entschuldigt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Aussicht ist super. WLAN waren OK, es könnte jedoch schneller sein. Personal waren alle sehr profisionell und freundlich.

Nach 3 Wochen endlich mal wieder ein bequemes Bett und eine normale Dusche.. Alles ist super.. Ausserdie Klimaanlagen sind oft zukühl eingestellt für uns.... Ein tolles Hotel.. Preisleitung stimmt hier!

staff at club lounge were very attentive and caring, always smiling, and facilities are very clean and good sleep in the quiet room.
