The Space:
Welcome to this stunning house in Karibana, Cartagena, where you can enjoy a tranquil getaway with family and friends. This private estate boasts its own pool and ample space to create lasting memories. Accommodations include three bedrooms and a sofa bed, offering flexibility for your group. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, while the third has a shared bathroom, all featuring hot water for your comfort.

The main room, located on the second floor, is impressively sized at 20 square meters and boasts a luxurious king bed. There is an option for an additional mattress on the floor, making it a perfect retreat. This room also features a private bathroom and a 120" smart projector, ideal for cozy afternoon movie sessions under the stars.

The second bedroom shares the second floor as well, furnished with two single beds and additional options for a trundle or a mattress on the floor. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom and is equipped with an ultra-slim 55" smart TV showcasing mirrored artwork, providing both functional and aesthetic appeal.

The third bedroom, also on the second floor, features a comfortable queen bed and a 43" smart TV with a swivel screen that rotates horizontally and vertically, providing a brilliant audio-visual experience with its high-definition sound power. This room shares a bathroom with the other bedrooms, ensuring ease of access for everyone.

For entertainment, the dining area includes a cozy sofa bed along with an ultra-slim 65" smart TV that showcases reflected works of art, blending comfort with elegance and style. Notably, both the projector and the smart TVs come pre-installed with popular streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube Premium, DIRECTV, and Disney+, keeping you entertained throughout your stay. A safe deposit box is also available for added security of your belongings.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Club Beach), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 75 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, also you can access the private beach club so you can live an all-inclusive experience

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
