Not worth it!
Actually a nice hotel that has potential.
I booked an luxury double room for over $250 and I was very much looking forward to staying here.
The room was nice, but I couldn't see any difference at all to any standard double room which should cost around $ 100
Staff seemed to be nice at check-in.
I went out for the night + came back at midnight. Then, in the room A/C was not working anymore. I decided not to bother the reception at that late time. Next day, I told the reception around 9am that the A/C is not working and asked the to fix it promptly. They said they will send someone along. Perfect, please fix it while I have breakfast I said. After breakfast at 10am, still the same, and now it was getting really hot in the room as the day temperature was rising. I called reception + they said I was not present + that they could not enter the room. - What!!!?? I expect from a 4star hotel that they can fix a problem in the room without the guest present.
Leaving my room at 12pm checkout time I was completely sweat! I complained at the reception and requested some compensation. They said they will work on a compensation later. Back in the hotel, they said they cannot offer any compensation because I told them too late + because I wasn't there when the technician came. What??!!! I complained to the Manager, but after 15min, still no solution, their decision: they won't help. Absolutely a joke, so arrogant!
It's saying: we don't care!
Never again. Very very poor Management!!!
