This luxurious, air-conditioned home in Carlsbad Village is just one block away from restaurants and shopping, as well as two blocks from the beach. As you arrive at this condo, you will find a comfortable little porch with outdoor seating. This is a great area to brush off the sand after a day at the beach. Once inside, you will find beautiful appointments scattered throughout more than 2,865 square feet of living space.

The main level is an open-concept floor plan with a kitchen and a dining and living room with a high ceiling. This is a great space to relax and enjoy family time with ample seating for larger groups. The living room has a large leather sofa, a love seat, and a leather chair, plus a large TV, and a beautiful stacked-stone gas fireplace. Off the living room, there is an outside fenced yard with a seating area and gas grill.

The gourmet kitchen has travertine flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a stainless steel Thermador Profession double oven/cooktop with six burners and a griddle, a wine refrigerator, a huge stainless-steel side-by-side refrigerator, a stainless-steel dishwasher, and a double sink. This kitchen is perfect for entertaining!

There is one bedroom on the main level while there are three bedrooms on the second floor of the home. The main bedroom is spacious and well beautifully decorated giving you a feeling that you are truly on vacation. There is a large TV, a gas fireplace, a sitting area, and an attached bathroom. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the main bedroom, you can access a small balcony. The second guest bedroom has access to an outside patio and the third guest bedroom has a large walk-in closet and access to the patio. A stairway will take you to a small lookout on the rooftop if you feel like gazing at the horizon as the sun sets.

There is a large two-car garage. You will find beach supplies such as boogie boards, sand toys, a wagon, and more. Carlsbad is the perfect beach community for a family getaway. One block to the north, you will find many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. One block to the west, you will find the great Pacific Ocean and beautiful sandy beaches. Just a short drive away, you find Legoland, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Costa Spa/Resort, golf courses, pickleball facilities, surf lessons, bike paths, hiking trails, and more.
