Der Hinterhof bietet einen kleinen Kokosnussstrand und führt zu einem riesigen Dock und einer Sonnenterrasse mit einer Tiki-Hütte mit Blick auf den Malaluka-Kanal.
Jedes der individuell gestalteten Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, komfortable Matratzen und eine iPod-Dockingstation. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Wii-Spielen, einer iPod-Dockingstation, Brettspielen und einem DVD-Player für alle Regionen ausgestattet.
Qualitativ hochwertige Filme und Bücher stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Die umwerfende Küche mit Kücheninsel, Frühstücksbar, Weinkühler und einem weiteren erstklassigen Gerät ist perfekt, um Ihre Kochkünste zu wecken. Übrigens, der Yacht Club Beach verfügt über ein öffentliches Schwimmbad, einen 300 Fuß langen Angelsteg, eine Bootsrampe, eine Bootstankstelle, Veranstaltungsgebäude, einen Yachthafen und ausreichend Parkplätze. Es ist ein Familienstrand, kein Frühlingsurlaub. Am ersten Mittwoch des Monats findet immer ein Sonnenuntergangsfest statt. Manchmal gibt es Hochzeiten am Strand, die Bäume neben dem Strand beherbergen grüne Papageien. Wenn Sie die Golfstrände bevorzugen, sind Sanibel und Captiva nur 30 Minuten entfernt, mit einem Boot sogar noch schneller. Fort Myers Beach macht auch Spaß. Ein tolles Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Ein Traum zum wohlfühlen und entspannen.
Wir waren zum zweiten mal Gast in dieser tollen Villa. Es war wieder mal perfekt. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Pool war toll und die Lage ebenso. Ich hoffe auf ein dritten Besuch in diesen Haus.

Einfach nur ein tolles Haus!
Die Räume (v.a. das Wohnzimmer, die Küche, das Master Bedroom mit anschließendem Bad) sind rießig! Der Pool mit Whirlpool ist ebenfalls der Hit :) Für Familien mit Kindern: man kann diesen sogar mit einem Zaun absperren und kindersicher machen ;) Die Küche war super ausgestattet, die Garage ebenfalls :) (Strandspielzeug, Fahrräder, Airhockey, Tischtennis, Billard usw.) Die Klimaanlage ist zwar zweimal ausgefallen, allerdings wurde sofort jemand zur Reparatur vorbei geschickt :) Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da :)

Family Time for Graduation
House is beautiful and loved the location. However, the high ceilings create an echo and it is hard to hear people at times. Pool, hot tub, dock area is great but there were a few things lacking. Mainly the grill - it is absolutely tiny and for such a beautiful house I would have expected a better/larger one. There was only one face cloth in the entire house and no pool towels. Kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been.

Location fantastic; Concerns about some things
This home in Cape Coral was lovely! The location was fantastic and the amenities were great for our family vacation! We spent many days by the pool, enjoying the warmth and sun! We did have a few issues during the stay that we reported to the property management company. First, the prior reviews are correct in that the beds within the home are very uncomfortable. We are average size people and upon laying on the beds, the beds squish down to about 2 inches thick. Every person in our group had restless nights sleep and woke with neck and back aches. The company has said that they replaced the mattresses, but we still feel that the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable. Another major issue we had during our stay is that none of the windows in the bedrooms open. According to FL codes, the windows must allow at least 2 feet of clearance and escape must be operational from the inside without any tools. The windows here are all locked completely shut with either caulk or steel stays with screws which would allow a bedroom window to only open 2 inches. This is an extremely dangerous situation if a fire would occur and we didn't feel safe during our stay. A few other oddities from our stay. The master toilet doesn't have a handle to flush and is instead operated by fishing line and a zip tie. Another oddity is that the bedroom closets, and hallways have odd colored light bulbs (red and blue) that make it really hard to see things well. A normal color light bulb would be really appreciated as we had a hard time seeing given the odd light.

Absolutely beautiful home and location.
Check in process was so easy. Property management was there to greet the first guests to arrive. Unfortunately, I was not the the person communicating with them. It would have been nice if communication was made with the person who the reservation was under. I feel everything would have ran smoother. The person in our group they were speaking to was a lot tougher than myself and I apologize for that. The toilet not working when we first arrived was a bummer but was resolved. The home has everything you will need for a great vacation.

Just what we needed
We had all ranges of ages and needed space and entertainment for the kids and adults. Once we got the pool warmed up we enjoyed that a lot plus the hot tub 2 times a day. The gathering area is spacious and easy to get around. I think the property was great just needs some updating on the furniture and it would be perfect. The maintenance guy Tom helped us with anything that went wrong, and we appreciated that. We loved that the home was close to a lot of things that we had planned.

Nice location, great out door space. The pool and hot tub very nice. Being on the canal/ water was very nice. That being said the inside lacked a lot. The sofa in living area had the leather coming off of it... gross!!! And all the mattresses were terrible . If your planning on cooking at all... there are NO decent pots and pans. With what the house cost I was very disappointed with the inside!

The house was gorgeous. When we first arrived we were wowed by what was available. A tropical storm was coming in off the coast, so the first few days we spend inside. While inside, we discovered that the cable connection for the TV in one of the bedrooms wasn't working so well. That was hard to pay much attention, however, because the master bedroom and bath became swarmed by ants. Oh, and there were also ants roaming through the kitchen and one of the guest bathrooms adjacent to the kitchen. Now, we understand that when it rains in Florida, ants that are washed from their homes tend to come to seek dry land. My wife grew up in Florida so she wasn't that alarmed ... at first. We called the management office and someone was sent over right away. Because the extermination service was backed up addressing other properties, a friendly maintenance technician came and sprayed the trouble areas, left a few traps and left us with spray. After two or three days - and an end to the rain - the ants kept coming. They were in the shower. They were in the bed. They were in the toilet. Mind you, we weren't leaving food anywhere, and we weren't eating anywhere but in the dining area and on the outside deck, to the ants weren't after food. And they NEVER went into the dining area. After the second visit from the exterminator, we woke to find all of the ants FLOATING IN THE POOL. After another day or so of this, and no one there to clean the pool, I skimmed all of the ants out of the pool myself. (The pool cleaner actually arrived on our last day, and the pool looked 100% better than it did when we arrived). We still had ants crawling in the master bedroom, through our luggage, across the bed, in the tub, on our towels, and in the toilet. And when they weren't crawling, they were dying (thanks to the extermination treatment and the spray) in the closets, in the shower, in the tub, across the bathroom floor. We called again to complain, and I inadvertently called the management office the same time as my wife. After someone informed me she was already on the phone and I politely exited the call, the woman my wife was speaking to became irritated with her and eventually started yelling. Someone was sent to clean up, and basically just swept all of the dead ants into a pile in the corner of the shower. I won't mention the loud laundry facilities or the dented and damaged kitchen appliances. Let's just say this was a terrible experience.

5 star vacation
We had an amazing time. The house is exactly the way it is described. Very clean and stocked well with amenities to entertain. We loved the pool and dock. We fished everyday and caught sharks, stingrays, a sawfish, and numerous snapper and catfish. All in all great time. Already talking about next year.

Great place to stay
House was very clean. Dishwasher didn't work & I reported it to the property manager. Wasn't fixed but the rental was over a holiday week so I didn't expect at resolution. Certainly didn't effect the vacation of any thing else in this very nice home.

Wonderful home and location!
Wow what a great time we had in this home! So much room and well maintained. The pool and spa were clean and heated up in a reasonable amount of time. Vacationing with our adult children and 6&7 yr old boys plus an infant was easy here! So many things to keep them busy! Definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again!

2 week vacation in May 2019
A beautiful property with everything you could need for your vacation in Cape Coral. The communications with the Roelens property managers was brilliant. I had a few issues with lights, bugs and bbq gas. They had someone there within hours to fix everything perfectly. This is good to know and thanks for that. The biggest problem we had was the mosquitoes. We’re all well bitten, so make sure you have your sprays and citronella candles with you. The solar heating for the pool is perfect and no further heating is required. All in all a perfect villa and location. Thanks.
