Incredible Mountain Getaway
We had a group of 10, including 3 kids ranging from 8-16. The house was big enough that we did not feel cramped. The game room was perfect, the kids and adults enjoyed playing pool, darts, arcade-style basketball, etc. At no time in the week we were there did anyone say they were bored. The management staff was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely go back.

A Moose at the door
The property is located across from the slopes at Breck and is a true high alpine environment. We were blessed to see a couple of moose one night after dinner on the property, and we saw a Fox as well. The house set up is cool with three levels to spread out. I highly recommend.

This was a great house for a larger family or a few couples. It is in a great location with great views of the Breckenridge landscape. The house was well equipped with kitchen equipment, games, and great amenities! The management staff was very easy to contact and made check-in, check out and our stay very effortless!

Gorgeous Views and lots of Space!
We loved our stay at Swift Getaway in Breckenridge. The home is huge with lots of room to spread out. Three separate patio spaces were well used in the gorgeous weather, and the large driveway was excellent for kiddos to play. The downstairs area is basically the size of the main floor, with almost a full kitchen and great indoor/outdoor living space. We made good use of the hot tub on the lower level back patio as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of small appliances and utensils, as well as cabinet and counter space. The dining and living room space are excellent as well. Beds were comfy - rooms were big and well appointed as well. One note, as we came from a very low altitude state, the house sits at 10,300ft. of elevation and it took us a little longer to adjust. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Swift Getaway!

Family ski trip
Great house, great location 10 min from slopes. Slept 8 adults, 4 kids comfortably. Gorgeous views of the ski runs. My only complaint is not having water pressure, which turned out to be a filter issue with the well. As much as the management companies charge, they need to have these house issues planned ahead of time, not when clients are staying. We weren't able to use toilets or showers for a few hours. The manager did send someone out quickly to address the problem.

Great spot!
House is perfect for friends and family gatherings. We had a blast and the kids loved the game room on the first floor. Overall great spot and beautiful views. Place was clean as well. Of note- 4 wheel drive is a must. Steep roads in the winter and steep driveway.

a fantastic place
property was exactly what we were expecting from the online description and photos. the low water pressure up stairs & the heat not working well in the king bedroom on 3rd floor were issues we expected as others had mentioned. I'd add to that list that the wifi only worked one day but not an issue for us, the need of a broom for general sweeping & more wash rags (had plenty of towels.) we all would like to and may return next year.

Fantastic house - convenient to town
The house was perfect for a group of coworkers on a retreat - we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and good space for cooking & activities. The access to the town and the mountain was fantastic (and the skiing was great!)

Great House
Overall the house was a great layout for our party of 9 adults. The bedroom layout worked well for the three couples to have king beds. We also had 3 single adult's and they were able to all have their own beds. The main living area flowed well for our party of nine with plenty of seating for TV watching and dining. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Some things that could be improved upon: Basic spices in the kitchen, specifically salt, was missing; water pressure was very weak, especially in the upstairs shower, the heat in the top floor master had a mind of it's own. It would be set on 70 for heat and it would be 55 degrees in the room. Other than those issues I would have given it a 5 star rating. We enjoyed our stay and it's was a short 10 minute drive to the slopes.

The house was absolutely perfect! The layout worked for the entire Family. Teenager had his own room away from parents, yay!! Lol. Baldy Family Retreat
This is a great property. It has a lot of space on every floor. We had three families, and each family had their own space for sleeping. The great room, next to the kitchen was the main meeting area for us. All of the conveniences of home were ready and available. The views were fantastic, and the home, although = or - 2.5 miles from town was very easy to navigate whenever we wanted to go. Hiking was also very close. The kids loved the pool table, indoor basketball, darts and the TV's. The expansive driveway became an obstacle course for the kids on their scooters, and the dads on their now-wheels and bikes. We loved the entire setup, and hope to visit again soon. We recommend this house to anyone with a large family group, who wants a little privacy. The entire process from the Vrbo website, to the property manger was seamless and easy. WE WILL BE BACK!

While this house was a very nice place to stay…it seemed to have quite a few issues when it came to execution of a great stay when it came to the little things. Light bulbs were out in certain areas, bad (really bad) smells when we arrived, large boxes stacked in the entry way that we had to move to get to areas of the home, some of the tv equipment didn’t work, starter soaps and such missing in some bathrooms, maintenance folks showing up in the morning to work on things with access to the home (not even the right house) Not sure the management company was in touch with what was going on with this place in general. I have reached out to them with my concerns but have yet to hear back so there is not concern or urgency to remedy. No apology or anything. Not what was expected for this type of rental.
