The Space:
The main floor space offers a fully-stocked kitchen, powder room, dining area, living room, and new deck with brand new furniture and hot tub, lounging area, brand new grill & outdoor dining for 6. We recently installed new blinds for the option of privacy or mountain views! Take advantage of Alexa and various apps for listening to your favorite music or streaming your favorite shows. With so much space and convenience, you and your guests will love relaxing after a day's exploration around the area!
The lower level upon entry offers a bunk room with (2) Twin over Full bunk beds, a full private bathroom, and a laundry room.
The upstairs space offers two master bedrooms with one queen as well as a king and full private bathrooms attached. Each bed has a 3” gel topper to the mattresses for the most comfortable nights sleep! Get a good night's rest after a day exploring the downtown Breck area or going out and experiencing the outdoor recreation available in hiking and mountain biking!
Take advantage of the one-car garage with up to four additional parking spaces in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is one of the most conveniently accessible locations to the public bus route and Main Street. This location is the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking; during the summer you can hike on the nearby Burro, Glacial Pass, Peak 10, or Peak 8 trails. The private and serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a luxury vacation getaway for friends or families!
Being so close to Breck's summer vibes, you won't want to miss out on all the experiences that are available. Stroll down Breck’s mainstreet this summer and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Adult guests can enjoy a drink at the The Blue Stag Saloon or the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum, where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. There are plenty of experiences in shopping, dining, and summer activities to satisfy your adventurous spirit. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months!
Getting Around:
This unit is down the street from a Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop. Uber is also available in town.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

I hereby formally affirm and certify that I have reviewed the local Amended and Restated Standing Public Health Order Regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic for Summit County, Colorado (“SCPH PHO”). I further affirm and certify that my entire rental group and I are in compliance with the SCPH PHO regarding short term lodging. Including limitations regarding the number of households and number of total occupants. A household is limited to those individuals that normally reside together. Furthermore, I understand that by violating the SCPH PHO order I am subject to up to a $5,000 fine and up to 18 months in jail.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
