This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bath, single-story, freshly furnished Villa is set in the picturesque Ozark highlands and is situated in an award-winning golf community, steps to the RecPlex, 4 miles from Branson Landing (the center of entertainment, dining and shopping), 11 Miles from Table Rock Lake, and less than 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City.
This Villa provides at-home conveniences as well as access to excellent outdoor activity areas. You will truly love the separate wet bar, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a peaceful outside patio for al fresco dining. Swim in the outdoor, communal pool or tee up on the golf course.

The Hillside Haven is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. It is a mini-retreat especially designed for you, your loved ones, and friends. Sit and gaze at nature’s view, take some time for you! Don't want to go out? There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, and a dedicated game area. Admire the crisp decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the cute terrace where you can just sit, drink, chat and relax.

LIVING ROOM
Unwind in our freshly decorated living room. Sit in front of the gas fireplace and relax in the lovingly designed living room with gorgeous hardwood floors, and thoughtful details, for a luxurious yet charming feel while watching your favorite shows on our HD Smart TV.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home: A coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, oven and a fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. Enjoy preparing your meals on our spacious granite countertops complete with stainless steel appliances.

There is plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have a meal together, whether in the dining room, on the outdoor covered deck, or at the breakfast bar.

PATIO
A patio dining set and extra seats are located on the 30 foot outdoor deck, which backs into a forest of trees. A propane BBQ grill is available in the covered golf cart parking on the left of the home.

ROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Villa offers four private rooms that offers a tranquil vibe. Relax and snuggle up in the comfy high quality queen beds.

A Murphy bed is available as a fifth bed in the living room.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom has its own spacious full-size luxury bathroom with double vanity, great lighting, a wide elegant mirror, and walk-in showers.

Our bathroom is supplied with fresh towels, special makeup towels, and hair & body essentials.

A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, and toilet paper are provided in the bathrooms. Extra blankets and bath towels are also provided.

AMENITIES
Within walking distance is onsite golf (extra fees apply), tennis, a fitness center, a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant/lounge. You may also enjoy swimming at the outdoor community pool.

Family Vacation

I booked this trip for my kids Spring Break and we had an amazing stay here. From booking all the way down to checking out the process was so smooth. Ashley was very nice and responded back quickly to my questions or concerns. Upon arrival the home smelled so amazingly fresh. The bedrooms were perfect, the beds were so soft and comfortable. We loved how quiet the area was, and there wasn't anything that we needed that the home didn't have. We will definitely be back again soon!

Wonderful Experience

You don't find many properties with four bedrooms with their own bathroom, a hugh kitchen, a large accommodating living room area, and a spacious outdoor deck in many places that is as well-kept as these accommodations.This location could easily service four adult couples who could split the cost of the rental and come out with a cash outlay of less than a prime room in a nearby hotel and it is off the beaten path in a quiet location but very near any restaurant, grocery store, gas station, or other service that you might imagine. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a mini bar area attached to the living room area, and if you needed it there is a Murphy bed in the living room area that could accommodate sleeping for an even larger group.We would recommend this property to anyone needing this amount of bedding in a convenient location of the city and with a host who is really accommodating and wanting to make your stay a pleasurable event. You can't go wrong with this property.

The location and rental were amazing. I did not receive a check in email and luckily guessed that my entry code was the last 4 of my phone number. Bathroom sink in the last room on the right side of the house has a drip, other than that the place was pristine.

Family fun with plenty of comfort

I took adult children from my husband’s family and mine for a new family retreat. This house was perfect for us. Enough space in the family room for us all to gather. Enough space for us to cook and eat together. The bedrooms were just the right size for everyone to get away when they needed and get some quiet time. Everything was clean and well decorated and comfortable. Located just right so everything is close enough but not too close.

Absolutely perfect location!

We absolutely LOVED this villa in the Branson Hills Golf Club. We came into town with extended family for a Branson Christmas experience- grandparents, parents, and 3 teens (18/14/14). The home was the perfect size and had tons of great amenities like a foosball table, putting set, cards, and dominos. The open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living room area allowed for lots of great time together, then we could each retire to our own bedrooms for rest. Also- the fact that each of us had our own bathroom was PHENOMENAL. That alone was worth the price of the stay (those of you with teens— IYKYK!) The location was perfection. We were no more than 15 minutes from any of the many Branson attractions we wanted to attend. Tons of restaurants and shopping close by. We tried the little Mexican. Restaurant just down the road, Mezcal, and would definitely recommend! Some of the best salsa I’ve ever had!!!Hosts were amazingly responsive and proactive with their communication. They Obviously worked hard To ensure their home would provide a great stay. 10/10 recommended this place!!!

Fun and super relaxing vacation

We were very pleased with our stay. It was so pretty and gave us a wonderful place to relax after all the shopping and shows. Close to everything but wonderful to get out of all the traffic and just go “home” and relax for a few hours or for the night. Loved big screen TV in living room as our family was able to watch Christmas movies together in front of the beautiful fireplace. Much, much better than a hotel!!!!!

Wonderful!

Great property and great location! This property was close to everything. Plenty of room with this 4 bedroom home. This property has that "homey feel" that made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for get a way to Branson.

Location was nice and right off highway 65. Four bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our group. Disappointed that we could not watch tv without having to creating a Roku account and jump through hoops. Multiple lightbulbs were out and 1 shower had mold. For the price we thought the attention to detail could have been better. The response time from the host took longer than it should have. Will probably not stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a lovely time. Ashley was so helpful and quick with responses. While each bedroom is on the smaller side, they each had their own bathroom which is fantastic! The house was clean and had anything we needed! There was construction going on behind the house which was loud and started pretty early in the morning but that is no fault to the host or the house. I’m not sure how long it will last but if you have toddlers who love construction vehicles, they will be in heaven! Overall we would definitely stay there again!

Just to let you know

The living room lights didn’t work even though we tried to fix them but we didn’t want workmen to come try to fix them. The keurig didn’t work with the keurig pods I brought so we cleaned it out as best we could so y’all might want to check it. There is problem with flies in the condo, maybe because we are close to the dumpster. Just thought y’all would want to check these out.

Very nice place to stay. We had my in-laws, sister-in-law and my husband and I. Beds were very comfy. Plenty of towels and it was nice to have a washer dryer in the house. We had a fantastic time!

10 Texas Friends

10 friends from Texas traveling to see Queen Esther. This was a perfect house for 10 to gather with plenty of room to sit around the table together and share a meal or gather in the living room. The grounds and neighborhood around the house are perfect for hills and power-walking. There are plenty of stores 5 minutes away for grabbing last minute items. Quiet neighborhood in town with a deck facing a beautiful greenbelt that makes it feel as though you are not in town. This was a second-stay in this home.

Recommendation

Overall vary nice and comfortable had difficulty finding the address. The door locks did not work going out to the deck. The temp in the house was 88 degrees when we srrived and had a lock code.we couldn't adjusr the temp. Would be helpful if there was a better explanatiandor map how to arrive snd temp of the house be comfortable when guest arruve. Other than thst everything was grest
