This spacious, fully-furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath luxury villa is nestled in the serene residential area of Braden Crossings in Bradenton, FL. Relax by the tranquil heated saltwater pool, set against a backdrop of a beautifully landscaped garden and a lanai equipped with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers. Unwind in the remote-controlled Jacuzzi, accommodating up to six guests. The removable safety fence around the pool ensures children's safety, while the 6 ft. privacy fence surrounding the garden provides a secluded, peaceful hideaway.

Step into this stunning villa and be greeted by elegant bamboo flooring in the open family room, furnished with leather sofas and a swivel chair. Enjoy your favorite movies on the large 42” HD TV with DVD, Blu-ray, cable, and free on-demand movies. The home includes high-speed internet (200 Mbps), supporting all your devices—whether on a laptop, smartphone, tablet, gaming console, or smart TV, everyone can stay connected.

The dining area features a large wooden table with six chairs, perfect for family meals. There is also a separate lounge with a large leather sectional couch for watching cable TV or enjoying a DVD. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, rice maker, juicer, and even a rotisserie.

Nice Family Hone with a few issues.
Location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Wally World 4minutes away for groceries. What made the home stick out was hot tub with the pool. Hot tub was broken with a faulty heat pump. we later found out the mngt co was notified in December about it but never fixed it. More importantly , the site does not inform the buyer of this. If the mngt company takes care of it for us I will update. Killed 5 cockroaches but it is Florida and by no means is the home unclean. Likely needs an exterminator treatment is all. Ample cooking supplies and linens. Remotes had a few issues but one worked for 2 of the 3 tv’s. Overall good deal for a traveling family but hot tub issue without disclosure is troublesome.

Summer Family Weekend
This house fit in our price range for they area we were searching and more than met our expectations. The home was larger than expected. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining space and bedrooms. The king size beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a rental. So much so that I may purchase this brand for home! The pool area was well maintained and a nice place to hang out with family. Everyone enjoyed swimming each day. We played games at the table while it rained and it was very relaxing.

For 8 people this place was great place to stay We didnt need it but the pictures show a computer and there wasn’t one. 15 minutes to Anna Maria island and Siesta Keys. Everything you needed within 5 minutes I would stay there again without any hesitation

Great Family Stay
The house is perfect for a large family or for family to come and visit while staying here. The property is very roomy and convenient to all sorts of shopping, all set in a quiet neighborhood. Kids will love the pool.

WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY
I would not recommend this vacation rental company. While the house itself was clean, there were many other issues. I also spent most of our vacation in communication with the rental company. To start, the previous guests trash was left out in the garage. It was starting to smell the first day we arrived, and I messaged the rental company to remove it. They said they would have someone come collect it. By the end of our stay, the garbage was still in the garage, and the whole house smelled of trash. We were also uniformed about how the pool was heated. The pool is only heated late morning-early afternoon, which never allows it to warm up. The pool was never above 75 degrees for our entire stay. The hot tub was also only 75 degrees, and was never heated warmer, as you would assume a hot tub would be warmer than the pool water. We contacted them about this, and the maintenance person told us the heater was broken. They never came back to fix it, even though we were told it was fixed, which was clearly untrue. We have not received any money back, and have not received money back for the pool not being heated, when that was an extra fee. Although we called and texted throughout our stay, our needs were not met, and changes were not made to help our experience. I would not recommend booking through this rental company again.

Pool not as advertised.
We booked this house due to heated pool. The pool is not heated unless you pay extra. I would have gladly paid extra if i had known this beforehand. The rental company told us there would be another fee to turn the heat and spa on after check in and it wouldnt be warm by the time we left. That needs to be clear in the listing. We chose this house specifically because of the "heated pool" as I had 2 eleven year old boys to entertain. Also the garbage in the garage was over flowing and stunk terrible. We had no where to go with our trash. The handles and door jams need a good cleaning. There is grime built up and pretty gross. The beds and linens were clean and comfy. The house is plenty big and lot's of space. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of towels. Seems like the homeowners are great but their rental and cleaning company is less than desired.

Nice place, but don't expect customer service
The house was exactly as it is posted, in a nice area, conveniently located close to places to eat and grocestores. It's a nice place to stay and very clean. We called about where the jacuzzi "remote", indicated by the ules of the property, was located, but no one could tell us where to find it. We figured it out on our own. We also called to get the jacuzzi heated, but no one came to turn it on, nor did the 'jacuzzi repairman' show up yo fix it, as the property management believed it was a repair issue. They did refund the price of the heating to us. Overall it's worth the price to stay, but don't expect help from property management.

Our stay was okay
Property size was a good fit for our family. We found it to be very dirty (such as ceiling fans & window treatments, floors near baseboards etc) and needs a deep clean. Some of our issues: glass turntable for microwave is missing, no screen on the slider doors, numerous lightbulbs burned out and some missing completely, towels were worn and white ones were grossly stained. All mattresses were well beyond useful life and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a control for the hot tub so we paid for pool heat but couldn’t use the hot tub our entire stay. Lastly but most importantly, the tile surface outside the slider is extremely slippery when wet. Our party slipped on it several time and our 7 year old grandson fell! We had to lay a towel down to keep ourselves safe. You at the very least need to put down an outdoor rug. Would not recommend this rental as it is currently.

Rental from hell
If anything could go wrong it did . We were not sure if we should go through with this rental because of many negative reviews, but we were assured multiple times by the property management that we have nothing to worry about , they promised much but did not deliver. First of all, we had to call multiple times to get the codes to the place, and they didn't send until few minutes to “check in time” 4pm. When we got there the place was filthy dirty , an inch thick dust, one of the bedrooms had torn out carpet. Nails on the floors. We had to tell our kids to keep their shoes on! Master bedroom had no lights, they were burnt out, dirty used sheets with hair! and dirt! and navy dark towels with white stains on them from soap or toothpaste, obviously never washed, refrigerator has leftover food stains and crumbs , costumer service person told us we are lying and the place is clean she was ignorant and rude and told us not to make up stuff , we had to send her dozens of pictures for her to believe that the place is not cleaned and it hasn’t been cleaned from previous people, the pool area was very dirty and the pool itself as well! After the BAD review’s we read we made sure to ask and triple check, in app and on the phone with live person about the cleanliness and POOL! We paid extra to have it warm, and LITERALLY said it was one of the most important things! Guess what!!! the bad reviews were correct! Pool was cold, the spa/pool remote did not work. After an hour on the phone with them and 57 pictures they said cleaners and pool guy will come. Cleaners did showed up and we had to leave the house with our 5 kids until 11pm. “This is after long flight and not unpacking” They promised a pool guy will come out the next day… it never happened. So again with lots of stress and time and many calls and messages with the property manager’s… “yes many different people”. I asked for the pool box code. So i can manually bypass the control remote myself! Which they finally gave. (Im Not a pool guy) but after I opened the box pool was set to service mode. Thats why remote and pool heat did not work… it took two more days to get the pool heated!! So half of our trip was gone. And day 4 it read a message “filter error” and heater was turned off again. So we had 1.5 days with the pool out of our 7day stay. Back to the house part lots of ants! No supplies. 6 towels total had to buy our own! Absolutely no care for customers!!!!

Nice house, plenty of room worth the price.
The house and furnishings were fine , I would recommend. But, nothing is perfect, here is a list of complaints. 1. When we arrived the pool level was below the skimmer causing the pump to suck air. I had to add water to the pool(2 hours). This prevented the pool heater from working and the pool did not get warm until the second day. 2. There was black dirt on the bottom of the pool that needed to be vacuumed, The pool service was called but they did not do it. Gulf coast needs to find a better pool service for sure! 3. The Spa remote did not work (this was documented from before). 4. The Garage door remote was missing or not included. If you want to go to a beach The Nokomis Public beach is much quicker to get to than Bradenton Beach because of traffic. This is not a complaint, just a recommendation . Overall I was happy with our stay +++++

Loved it!!! BUT... and note the pool/spa remote didn't work and it hadn't for the previous people
We were so excited, thought everything was set Even paid for the pool ahead of time, we get there and start settling in. Well... there were about 8 towels (TOTAL! Some were beach towels), and had we not brought kitchen cloths because I LOVE mine, and a roll of toilet paper, we'd have been running to the closest store that night. So Welcome Home was not the feeling. Now onto our difficulties because of past pool experiences we went on faith that the water would take a day or 2 to warm up, so after a day and a half we started experiencing some other problems with the house's water heater (totally unrelated to the pool issues) I tried messaging via the web. All weekend I messaged but started calling because no one EVER answered my messages. On the phone I did at least get to talk to someone, however we went without hot water in the house from Friday Morning until Sunday night. That was not acceptable in our way of thinking, I wanted the spa and pool heat as well but the hot water in the house was a bigger concern! So I felt like most of my weekend was on the phone constantly trying to figure out if someone was coming and then after they did, It felt like I fought all weekend to get someone else to come out. We were losing our time of rest over a major house Issue. The second guy came out Sunday night was a great help and stayed until we actually had hot water. But the pool issue was not solved yet, after 3 days we realized the pool is not being heated and we even got batteries for the remote to the spa, to NO avail!!! So after I got really firm with the people at the office they said oh, you have to pay extra so I had to explain over and over that I did that when I booked, anyway we never got anywhere with the phone calls only with the people that came out to the property, and so I'll close with this... We LOVED this place but HATED the lack of help with the office people, it's really a beautiful place just be aware that if you encounter a problem you may have to demand them to send someone out ASAP!!! On a possitive note, we had a difference about the time we were to leave and when we showed them our view of the problem they did back off and we exited without fuss. So we will be more equipted next time, but I doubt we'll use this management again! Thanks, Hope your stay is problem free, OH and one more thing make sure if you pay extra for the pool that you take proof with you so they don't charge you twice!!!

House was in a great neighborhood within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and gas station. House was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Tons of pool toys, beach umbrellas, wagon and strollers in garage. We all would stay there again. Thank you!

Spacious home
The home was spacious with plenty of room fir the family. We had Soave to spread out with more than one family staying at the house during a stay for a funeral service. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The house could have used some updates such as new carriers and mattresses. It would have also been nice to have a couple more televisions. There was only one television to contact the PlayStation which was in the living room. Overall, the home was a nice rental away from the beach.

Nice home with 2 lounge areasa
The home overall was nice. The kitchen was adequate and having 2 lounge areas and a kitchen and dining area helped for those in the group who needed to spread out for work calls and use their computers. The living area floor is great. I recommend changing out the bedroom carpets to hardwood flooring and update hanging curtains and window coverings. Having driveway parking was a bonus. Overall the house worked well for our stay for gathering for a family memorial service.
