We are pleased to announce that our Coastal Farmhouse is open! We didn't have any damage to our unit from the recent storms. We are grateful for the concern expressed and we wish a speedy recovery to anyone who was affected. If you were planning on a Florida vacation, but your beach rental isn't available, please consider us! Our Coastal Farmhouse is as great place to get some Florida sun and relax!

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths split plan with a living room, dining room, gaming area, plus outdoor covered patio, brand new oversized private pool and spa and a backyard private oasis, plus a putt putt golf area. There’s so much this home offers you’ll never want to leave, yet it is only a short distance to the sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island and all the beaches have to offer. Plus, FREE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER for our guests and conveniently located near Publix, shops, and restaurants. The perfect vacation getaway destination.

Coastal Farmhouse is a hidden gem offering the ideal vacation rental that sleeps up to 8 people. The modern style full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, coastal cabinetry, and quartz counter tops. The living room offers a 65” flat screen TV with farmhouse charm throughout. The dining area offers the perfect gathering space with views of the pool, spa and outdoor area. The master bedroom offers King bed with 43” flat screen TV, private ensuite with walk-in shower and quartz counters. The second bedroom offers 2-Queen beds with 43” flat screen TV and direct access the covered patio and pool area. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed with 43” flat screen TV. There’s a full-size bathroom the separates the second and third bedrooms that offers a walk-in shower. There’s a separate gaming area with its own 55” flat screen TV where you can download your own app account information or play those provided on the Roku smart TV. There’s even a competition sized foosball table, console arcade with 100+ games, ping pong table and plenty of board games to entertain friends and family alike. But even with all that, it’s the backyard oasis that is really the highlight of this home! Large, covered patio area with teak seating to get out of the sun. Oversized, new pool with two sun shelves, spa and plenty of room to enjoy the relaxing outdoors. Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood
We booked this home last minute as we had lost our beach rental due to hurricane Helene and we were visiting to attend a wedding. I was reluctant, but the host assured me that we would have no trouble getting to this home and that there was no damage. This home is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect! It was extremely clean, updated and the decor was warm and inviting. We didn't get to stay long due to Hurricane Milton heading our way, but I would definitely rent this home again. The pool area is gorgeous and very private. They also included some fun in their design by offering a little putting green, spa, board games, a video game console, foosball table and ping pong table. Our short stay was wonderful! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home
Beautiful home near the beach. Outside pool area is amazing. Kids loved the mini golf practice. Spa is amazing. Inside the home is just gorgeous. All the added extras like the game tables/room. Ping pong table. All the space and room for people. Would stay again without hesitation. Drove to the beach every morning and evening, literally about an 8 to 10 minute lovely drive.

Perfect for IMG Tournament
We traveled to Bradenton for a 4 day baseball tournament at the IMG Academy. We also wanted to have a family getaway and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. We were 10 mins away from the facility. We are a family of 5 (boys 12,15,17) and they loved the house and especially the backyard. We were very comfortable there and would stay again in the future if the opportunity presents. The instructions were very clear and Kimberly was very responsive.

Paradise
This was our first time to the Sarasota Bradenton area and I was looking for a relaxing family place to enjoy a much needed vacation. We have been to many places in Florida, but this by far was my favorite place. The home is perfect! Location is wonderful close to Anna Maria Islands, Sarasota and Siesta Keys. Toward the end of our trip we drove to Disney and flew out of Orlando. If you’re considering this the drive is easy! The kids spent most of their days in the amazing pool. The pool was perfect and private. Our rooms were spacious and far enough away from other rooms. The game room activities was a brilliant extra touch. Owner is, engaging, accommodating and so friendly. I have zero complaints! Do not hesitate and rent today!

First Family Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. My kids enjoyed the pool and the 2 sun decks were perfect for tanning and watching the kids play. The location of the house was great and close to everything. We went to manatee public beach, coquina beach, and bradenton beach and all were within 15mins even with the occasional traffic. Overall our stay was amazing and we will def be back again.

The backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful. There were a lot of nice little touches that the owner left for us which we appreciated. One concerns I had was that there were no dressers anywhere in any of the bedrooms. I did mention that to the owner. Overall, we really had nothing to complain about.

Beautiful Home and Location!
Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Coastal Farmhouse in Bradenton. First off Kimberly the host is amazing and so helpful. We had a really terrible experience with another host on VRBO canceling on us the day before our check in. We did not hear from a rebooking agent but when we contacted Kimberly, she made the whole process so easy. We were even able to check in the same day. The house was very clean. Our family and the other family who booked the house with us had so much fun. We greatly enjoyed the amazing outdoor space, pool, spa and miniature golf. We also enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and game room. So many memories made! This was by far my favorite house we have stayed at in the five years we have been using VRBO.

Gorgeous home
The location and decor were gorgeous. The size was perfect for our trip with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen had NO extras. We had to buy a lot of normal things provided for our 5 day stay. Also, purchased an extra chair and cooler for the beach and left behind at the house. It’s hard to pack all those things when you fly. Overall great rating, just want the next travelers to be prepared to buy these things.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful home with appliances that allow for preparing food at home. The entertainment was great for the kids. Swimming, playing, arcade, football ping pong beach gear. The home experience was amazing and our family will not forget it soon! Just as an FYI, it’s a bit too far from the beach to utilize a golf cart but the public parking was great at Bradenton beach!

Amazing property in a great location! We particularly loved the backyard and the pool, could use additional lighting as it gets really dark at night even with the mood lighting in the pool. We loved the modern farmhouse decor and the landscaping on the front of the house. The kitchen is a bit smaller and needed more tools/supply but wasn’t much of a hassle. This property still becomes the top of our list compared to all we had stayed at in the past several years. Would definitely go back, highly recommended!

Much needed getaway
I can’t say enough about this property! It was exactly the way the pictures showed. Everything was very throughout from the charming decor to the outside pool area. The beach was very close, with a wagon, sand buckets for kids and beach chairs for the sand. The game room area was perfect with ping pong in the garage. Would definitely go back.

The Coastal Farmhouse is a fantastic place to spend your Bradenton vacation. For us the huge highlight was the backyard and pool. I cannot tell you how terrific it is. The entire property is so well thought out and so well maintained. The interior decor of the home is lovely and feels fresh and clean. Everything you need is included both inside and outside the home. The garage is like a bonus room, with the washer/dryer, an extra fridge as well as a ping pong table. There was even a little red wagon that we could use for our grandkids! The location of the home is great with close proximity to Anna Maria Island. All of our communication with Kimberly the owner was clear and timely. We really enjoyed our time in the Coastal Farmhouse and would be happy to return!
