This "Mini Ventures" retreat features one bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious and well appointed kitchen, large living area, a second studio sleeping arrangement, an outdoor patio with BBQ grill, dedicated desk space and a pool table, that is perfect for your next Montana vacation. Only minutes away from several public fly-fishing access points on the Gallatin River, and a short drive to town, you aren't far from all of the wonderful recreational adventures Montana has to offer coupled with the convenience of town. Wi-Fi included.

One bedroom (no legal egress with an open window to the kitchen area) features a queen size bed. In the main living area is a king bed. The bathroom is shared.

Enjoy a spacious kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range and plenty of storage that opens up to the dining room and living room. Pool table and a dedicated desk also provided for indoor entertainment and remote work comfort. Huge soaring ceilings, exposed plumbing and concrete floors give this home an industrial feel without limiting your comfort. A BBQ grill and private patio are off of the front of the home.

"Mini Ventures" is located in Four Corners, a neighborhood on the west side of Bozeman. It is approximately a ten minute drive to Downtown Bozeman or Belgrade and fifteen minutes from the airport or MSU. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. If you are looking for a quieter day, enjoy the wonderful dining and shopping opportunities throughout the Valley.

Nice digs, but…
Great place, but all the doors don’t lock and weren’t locked. Twice, I had people walk into my rental. They were nice, but felt like I had to yell to get out and had to confront strangers who walked into my VRBO. Thinking vacation instead of Fight Club. The keys were unable to lock doors…scary!!

Nice place but where's the sound proofing?
Property was nice and well provided. Upstairs tenant can be a problem as little to no sound proofing was built between residences. I could hear any movement and conversations clearly from upstairs unit. In the recent stay the upstairs tenant was a bit loud and boisterous and lasting into the AM.

not very secure and noisy.
too easy for the upstairs rental to access the downstairs rental and especially vice versa. This was an unacceptable situation to the upstairs group, and they came down and entered our unit without an invite to talk about it when we arrived. They had all kinds of stuff stacked in front of our door as they thought it was the garage. Suggest lockout from both sides the two doors in the lower unit that provice access to the unit going upstairs and only allow access to the lower unit form the sreet side not the garage side. This would give each the security they need. also no doors are marked, we had to guess where we should be, that took a while and conversations with various neighbors. also the ustair unit is extremely noisy in the garage unit. They must have hard floors. we could hear kids and people walking/running early to late. Woke us up at 5:30 am sunday morning with lots of comotion. We left a day early due to this noise problem. It is a nice and comfortable property and we would stay there again if these two issues were addressed The security issue is an easy fix. The noise may not be so easy. We are in Bozeman several times a year and would return if these problems are addressed. Also, I could not adjust the heat. Not sure if the remote does not work or the heater. Thanks

We absolutely loved this place! The locationed was perfect, near great restaurants and breweries and only a 10 minute drive from downtown Bozeman. It was very clean and cozy with noce amenities!

Convenient, Spacious, Clean
Couldn't have asked for a more convenient location at an affordable price! Check-in was super easy. The host gave detailed instructions on how to find the property, where to park and where to enter. The place is spacious, modern, clean and cozy. Extra blankets were provided and there is an outdoor grill. Bozeman hot Springs are a 2 min drive, Bozeman airport is 15 mins away. The town center is close as well for the nightlife and Grizzly Encounter is about 20 mins away. If you are looking to visit Yellowstone it's a beautiful 1 hour 30 min or 2 hours drive depending on where you are entering the park. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Great Weekend in Bozeman
Very cool apartment in what seemed to be a converted garage! Essentially one big room with a 2nd “bedroom” that has its own door but is open to the main room via a space in the wall. A little bit outside downtown Bozeman but perfect if you have a car and don’t mind driving 10 / 15 min to get to town. Could occasionally hear other people entering / exiting the building, which startled our dog, but if not for the dog, we wouldn’t have even noticed! Would highly recommend!

Good value but not for people who had light sleep
The primary issue during my stay was the unbearable noise that permeated the entire space. The walls of the accommodation were paper-thin, and I could hear every single move made by the guests staying in the room above mine. It felt like there was no insulation or soundproofing whatsoever, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful and restful night. Moreover, the plumbing system seemed to be in dire need of maintenance. Every time someone in the building used water, the pipes produced an incessant and disruptive noise that echoed throughout the unit. This added an extra layer of discomfort and frustration to my stay.
