The villa enjoys a prime location, being part of the exclusive Stavronikita Villas. It is situated within the area’s beautiful pine forest with its unforgettable forest paths and surrounded by endless golden beaches carrying the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean.

The house has the advantage of being located just 400 meters from the nearest beaches and the luxurious SANI Holiday Resort with its plethora of spas, beach bars, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets and marina. It offers the best of both worlds, combining tranquility and privacy with luxury and glamour.

An ideal vacation house for a family of three or four, it is arranged over two levels, combining traditional architecture with modern design (it has recently been fully refurbished). On the first level is the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom and on the second level is the loft with another single. The villa is located within a small complex of five detached houses and has its own large private garden with two shaded terracesequipped with outdoor furniture. The complex also has a swimming pool.

We will be there to welcome you at check-in, presenting the house to you, offering tips about the area and answering any question you may have.
