Welcome to this light-filled family home by the beach. A staircase leads to a bright living room and a spacious seating area with open kitchen that opens onto a terrace. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy double bedroom. The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms (one double with ensuite bathroom and one with 2 bunk beds). There’s also a second bathroom in the hallway with a shower.
The Space:
You have access to the whole house which is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. Through a separate entrance you enter a spacious hallway from where the stairs give access to the mezzanine, +1, +2. On the ground floor there is a beauty salon "Un sentiment pur" (not accessible from the house).
