The check in process was a complete disaster. THE PROPERTY IS MISMANAGED BY A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. TOTAL INCOMPETANTS!
Examples:
1. Contrary to website policy, the property owner sent me check in instructions BY DIRECT EMAIL! Of course, it went to junk as sent using a name not found anywhere on site. Had no idea how to get in to the apartment. Stood outside waiting for phone pick up. Ha!
2. Finally called number given by company. Woman answering refused to give name,, was rude and had no idea what she was talking about.
3, instructions she sent were wrong and outdated. When in another conversation I pointed that out, her response was “ that’s old and wrong . Somebody should fix it.
4. The kicks/keys are very old and didn’t work.. She said, “ Yeah , we know the keys are old and stick. Just jiggle it around.”
Is that enough? These are incompetent people preyinb on Travelers.
