Madam, I'm sorry that you never find the plug in the room because there is one, two, THREE plugs... Regarding the coffee machine, there is a signage on the buffet indicating the coffee machine space. Sorry if you were not abble to read. Finally, I helped the other guest with the machine but they asked for it. As this is a buffet where each guest helps themselves, I do not intervene in you wake up moment except if guest ask me to help, what I do with pleasure. That's a shame that you judge people just because you did not asked for help. I do not understand what you said regarding the picture as there is only the front of the hotel in picture and the room...
