Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt the price was unfair for the parking: as much as we wished to offer it complimentary, please take into account that the car park does not belong to the hotel, as the limitations of the building do not allow us to do so. Furthermore, when parking with the hotel you obtain a reduced price than if you would park it yourself, as well as a complimentary valet service which is an extra you are not required to pay for.
