Dear Claire, Thank you very much for your feedback. Please accept my sincerest apologies. All of our rooms have shower, only our Executive suites have a bath, i am very sorry if it was not fully explained to you. I am very sorry as well to learn your discomfort and frustration you endured during your visit. I have passed along your comments to our Front Office Manager, she will use your feedback for training purposes and take the necessary steps to prevent similar occurrence.
