The apt is located in one of the best areas to live in Athens. The best restaurants and chefs are all around the neighborhood making it ideal for food lovers. Nearby the parliament and as secure it can ever be!
House was just renovated and all the equipment is brand new. All rooms are with a/c and since its only a breath away from the most famous archeological sites it will be the best starting point for you to start exploring Athens and its hidden gems! Strongly suggested for nomads as well since it has many working places! The big balcony is also a big plus that you will definitely enjoy in the nights!

Great location and spacious condo!
You can't beat the location! The condo is in the heart of old town Athens and walkable to the Acropolis, tons of restaurants and shops. We loved it. The condo itself was spacious and clean. It would be nice to have a second set of keys and the master bedroom ac unit could entirely keep up with the extremely hot August temps. The other rooms cooled down easily and were very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. We loved the view of the Acropolis and spending some downtime on the balcony. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights before taking a cruise out of Piraeus. The location is absolutely ideal — in easy walking distance of all the tourist highlights and lots of great restaurants, but on a relatively quiet street. Perfect Stay in Athens
Couldn’t recommend enough! Host was so responsive and made our stay so easy. Very clear communication and the location was perfect for walking to all the sites of Athens! There are so many food and drink options nearby. The apartment itself is beautiful and well laid out, and our family trip of 6 had no issues sharing the space. We especially loved the patio and would end our evenings out there playing cards. 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Athens. Other great perks we enjoyed were the nespresso machine, air conditioning, and washing machine!

The Vrbo property was amazing
It was a nice Vrbo property. It easily accommodates 7 people. The apartment was so clean and cozy. The view was amazing to the Acropolis from the kitchen and from the main bedroom. Wonderful Time in Athens
The beautiful apartment was just as advertised. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our stay. Everything was extremely clean. We particularly appreciated the A/C as Athens was still on the warm side despite visiting at the end of September. The apartment is within walking distance to everything, including bus and metro lines. The view of the acropolis was amazing. We especially appreciated the hosts availability and quick responses to our questions. We also appreciated the car service that they set us up with for our trip from the airport to the apartment. Amazing view of the Acropolis
This apartment is just amazing. It has everything you need to be comfortable away from home. The location is fantastic, once you figure out where all the best place to go are it takes no time to walk to the market, Syntagma or the Acropolis. The restaurants around the apartment are great but we liked finding the small local restaurants. The stairs up to the apartment is a bit of a work out but there is an elevator if it's just too much after a day of sightseeing. The view of the Acropolis from the kitchen at sunset was spectacular! Spyros was amazing! If you get a chance to have him as a tour guide, I would highly recommend it. The only negative we noted was no clothes dryer in the unit. It was hot enough to do a load of laundry in the morning, hang it up and it would be dry by dinner. So it really worked out ok. We would definitely go back to this perfect apartment again.
