Remember that it is advisable to use a navigation system, such as a GPS, or updated maps to obtain accurate directions during your trip. Additionally, it is always advisable to check the road conditions and traffic conditions before embarking on the journey.

Other Things to Note:
- There is no signal arriving to the property, we will confirm the address and arrival instructions to ease your journey
-The road from the highway to the property is dirt, to make your arrival easier we can send you a video from the entrance
-Some houses in the surrounding area are still under construction, it is important to take care of your little ones, and only use the property (house and garden)
-There is complementary cleaning every two days
-Long term stays (+8 days) will be charged an additional cleaning fee per week

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies, NOT INSIDE the apartment.
It is forbidden to introduce and consume illegal substances.
Hosting more people than those included in the reservation is prohibited.
Guests are only allowed in the rooftop and pool areas.

It is required to present a valid official identification, which will be photographed during check-in.
