The Villa itself is beautiful, however, there were a number of issues that were not good! First of all communication was appalling and only when I was in a cab from the airport was I advised to collect the keys for the Villa at the airport. I should have been told this way before I arrived. On returning to the airport no one there knew anything about a place to collect keys for Villas and said I must collect at the property, so another Cab to Caleta later and then Lightbooking’s sent me a photo of the building where keys are collected at the Airport! So I had to get another cab back to the airport and finally collected the keys then a cab back to Caleta! Then none of the keys would open the main door to the complex, meaning we had to wait for a resident to enter or leave before we could get in! There was no guest information folder at the Villa, no instructions for the Alarm system, no Safe in any of the rooms, the Pool was not heated for the first 8 days of our Holiday, even though I contacted the ‘Host’ to advise it was not heated and we could not use it! Finally the man cleaning the pool switched the heating on after making a phone call! The Patio doors are faulty and took several attempts before we were able to lock them, the en-suite bathroom sink is blocked, there were no mattresses for the sun loungers and no trays or tools for the outside BBQ. On top of this I paid an additional fee for ‘cleaning’ no cleaning was done by anyone except us, what was this money for?
