Escape from it all at this charming home just steps away from the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Access to a lovely sandy beach in a private community is a true highlight of this home.

You cannot help but to enjoy this comfortable home with a large living room, well-appointed kitchen, and formal dining area. Spread out on the second floor that features a gaming area. Also upstairs is a study with a dedicated desk workspace, a stocked bookcase, fireplace, and comfortable seating.

There is plenty to do just outside the door. Spend all day on the beach or go to the beach volleyball court to partake in a friendly game.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
