You will have the beautiful quiet farm view here, and just 4 minute drive to enjoy coffee and the German food at Hahndorf main town, and also only 20 minute drive to give a big cuddle from the Koala in Cleland Wildlife Park.

If you stay on Thursday night, please take the rubbish bins out and leave them in front of the gate.
The rubbish will be collected every Friday morning.

1. 🧼 Cleanliness
Please leave the house in a tidy condition before check-out.
All full rubbish bags must be securely tied and placed in the correct coloured bins.
Wash, dry, and return all dishes to the cabinets.
Return all toys, games, and items to their original places.
🧽 Cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink and in the laundry.
💡 Additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left in an excessively messy state.
2. 🗑️ Rubbish Collection
Rubbish is collected every Friday morning.
If your stay includes Thursday night, please place the bins at the kerbside for collection.
3. 🤫 Noise & Parties
This is a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
No parties or events are allowed. Violations may result in cancellation of your stay without refund.
4. 🔥 Safety & Fire Policy
Please use heaters carefully. If wood is not burned correctly, it may cause excess smoke and trigger the fire alarm.
If the fire brigade is dispatched due to guest misuse or negligence, any associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
5. 🌿 Vineyard Rules
Do not enter the vineyard. The vines are delicate and prone to disease—please help us protect them by staying out..
6. 🚭 Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
7. 🐾 Pets
Pets are not allowed.
