We enjoyed our stay but the breakfast slots (which have to be booked beforehand) were extremely packed. We had to acquire a table before we got our food. One day there wasn't even any orange juice which is a must for a breakfast buffet. The rooftop bar staff ignored me for over 10 minutes at the bar when I wanted to order our drinks. This is unacceptable for the price.

Die Angestellten sind nicht an Service interessiert, die Technik macht, was sie will. Design ist gut, Bettenn sind gut, Ort ebenfalls. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen.

Das Zimmer wird nur auf Bestellung gereinigt und die Reinigung muss am Vortag bestellt werden. Somit nicht wirklich viel Flexibilität.

Hi! Thanks for the review! Regarding the cleaning:It is of course included in your stay. It is informed upon arrival regarding the cleaning. It is done for sustainability. Since a lot of water is used when cleaning.You are of course always welcome to get a daily cleaning.
